Kalabasa Mojito Recipe
Ingredients
juice of lime/lemon
1 tsp sugarcane
some mint leaves, plus extra sprig to serve
60ml white rum
soda water, to taste
Prep: 5 min
Decoration time: 5 min
Instructions
1. Add some ice to the shaker and then put some rum inside. Pour over the sugarcane liquid in the shaker.
2. Muddle the lime juice/ lemon juice, sugarcane and mint leaves in a small jug then put it in the mixture.
3. Skake the mixture and then top up with soda water, mint leaves and lime/ lemon.
4. Adjust the amount after your taste.
